Seeking a clinical therapist who will be responsible for providing individual and family counseling to children and adolescents along with their parents/caregivers experiencing trauma, facing challenges with behavior problems, juvenile court involvement, youth violence, and substance use. Looking for a team player with good interpersonal skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Provide office, in-home, school or teletherapy for children and their caregivers
• Provide weekly individual and family therapy to clients – using appropriate evidence-based treatment modality
• Conduct intakes and bio-psychosocial| assessments of clients referred for therapy
• Implement therapeutic treatment plans and reviews
• Complete report with all supporting documentation accurately and timely, maintain accurate, well-written and complete records
• Participate in weekly case staff meetings to discuss client’s progress, therapists’ needs, administrative paperwork, and ways to improve

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, mental health counseling, marriage and family therapy, social work or related field
• Two or more years of experience with high-risk families and youths
• Ability to work effectively with youths and parents/caregivers, as well as community-based organizations, schools, and/or government agencies
• Experience working with the Haitian community.
• Fluent in Haitian Creole is a must
• Spanish is a plus
