Established in 2009.

2009 We started as a small To-Go Caribbean/ Creole spot in Redlands CA. A customer tasted his food before walking out and decided he couldn’t wait. He grabs a display chair and devours his fish. The word got out and Westways magazine showed up and did an article on our offerings. We now occupy a space with 2 dining rooms and a minimalist ambiance.

We want to satisfy that nostalgic moment or desire. It seems we have done that repeatedly during these many years. We will continue to do so as you keep coming.
